Welcome to our cozy studio in the heart of Greenwood! Located on a lively block, you'll have easy access to some of Seattle's best restaurants & nightlife. Everything you need is just a stone's throw away from your doorstep. This modern and inviting studio is thoughtfully furnished to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A plush king-size bed promises a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The open living area is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Welcome! The space Modern Family-style broods and kid-free yuppies With yoga studios, day spas, hair salons, dental offices, even a DIY dog-washing joint, the overlapping, family-focused 'hoods of Phinney Ridge and Greenwood have the essentials and the extras covered. Guest access A stylish studio apartment with a cozy king-size bed, full-size bath with shower/tub combo, fully-stocked kitchen, work/desk area, and a living/dining room area await you. There is a free parking lot behind the building (no assigned space), and free street parking surrounding the building. Across the hall from the unit is the shared laundry room with multiple machines that require payment utilizing the ‘ShinePay+’ app. This unit is on the second floor and requires accessing a staircase in either the front or rear of the building. This building does not have an elevator. Other things to note We are here to accommodate and we’re looking forward to your visit. Please be mindful: – Must be able to climb stairs; the apartment is only accessible utilizing a staircase – Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM - NO smoking on the property, this includes outside the main doors (per Washington state law) - Please remove shoes while in the apartment - Please clean up after yourself - No illegal substances in the apartment - Guests are welcome to login to entertainment streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc; no guest accounts available. If you sign into your personal accounts, please remember to sign out before your reservation ends. - Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another individual -All reservations are made by our guests, hosts are not able to reserve future booking dates.
