BEACH ESSENTIALS: We provide beach chairs, lightweight Turkish beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas. We have regularly scheduled Pool and Gardening maintenance come 2x per week. House & Pool Guidelines I want your stay to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, so I kindly ask that you follow these guidelines during your visit: No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking of any kind — including electronic cigarettes and marijuana — is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property. A violation will result in a $1,000 smoking violation fee and the end of your stay without refund. No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we do not allow parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or similar celebrations. No Pets: We have a strict no-pet policy. Evidence of pets will result in additional cleaning fees and an early end to your stay without refund. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property. Additional or unregistered guests (including overnight stays) will incur a $250 fee and may result in the end of your stay without refund. Check-Out & Check-In: Check-out is at 10:00am and check-in is . Late checbetween 4:00pm and 11:00pmk-outs may be subject to a fee. Property Care: Gates must remain closed at all times. Please do not unplug TVs, appliances, lamps, or WiFi equipment. Tampering with the WiFi router may result in a service call fee. When leaving the property, unplug unused appliances (curlers/straighteners, laptop chargers, etc.) and turn off the stove, lights, and A/C units. • Furniture should not be moved or rearranged. • No mail delivery to the property. • No pre-check-in bag storage is available. • Please avoid disturbing neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00pm. • Only park in the designated spaces provided. • Additional towels/linens are available for a small delivery and service fee. Scheduled Maintenance: Our pool and landscaping team visit regularly: plant care on Tuesdays & Thursdays, pool cleaning on Saturdays. Car Rental Credit We’re happy to offer a $150 car rental credit to help you explore the island with ease. Simply share your rental receipt and confirmation number, and we’ll apply the credit. Pool Guidelines • No diving, running, or rough play in the pool. • No food or drinks in the pool, and no glass in or around the pool area. • Please supervise children at all times; there is no lifeguard on duty and swimming is at your own risk. Please note: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if these guidelines are not followed.
