The space This spacious home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac on a 1.5 acre lot and backs to woods! You'll be greeted by an expansive covered porch with rocking chairs and porch swing; the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee and share conversation with family and friends. Inside, a living room with 75" smart tv and new designer furnishings will be the spot to hang out and watch a movie or play games. The newly-renovated kitchen has a massive island that seats five, coffee bar, and table for eight. White cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The hearth room is super cozy with a pink tufted sofa, stone fireplace w/ electric logs, 55" tv hanging above, and art gallery walls where you'll want to sink in and relax! The four season room stretches across the back of the house and overlooks the private, wooded backyard. This room may just be my favorite of the house - with it's Boho chic decor, rustic wood bar, 65" tv and comfy seating, you'll never want to leave! Walk outside to the huge paver patio with outdoor dining table for six with umbrella, firepit with 8 Adirondack chairs and cafe lights hanging above. The garage has been transformed into a game room with ping pong table, foosball, air hockey, and there's corn hole, a portable badminton net, horseshoe game (and more!) that you can set-up out back. There's a fun surprise in the basement - a mini pickle ball court! Great to practice your dinks! All four bedrooms are upstairs. - Primary bedroom: King bed, dresser, 65" smart tv, full length mirror, private full bath w/ double vanity and tub w/ shower; Walk-in closet. - 2nd bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, smart tv - 3rd bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, smart tv -4th bedroom: triple bunk bed, child's reading area w/ cozy swivel chairs and bookshelf. This home is just a 5 minute drive to Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge, and is centrally located in Mason - close to VOA Park, Liberty Center, The Lindner Family Tennis Center, Children's Hospital, and so much more!
