3BR/2BA cottage w/beautiful loft suite. Equipped w/well-stocked kitchen, bath essentials, wrap-around deck and private yard with a grill. Free resort amenities: kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, floating picnic table, beach, piers (great for fishing!), a large rooftop deck, herb garden, library in a tree, & more! Other things to note -This cottage does not have direct lake views, but is just a quick walk up the driveway to access the beach, docks and rooftop deck with stunning lake views. -The cottage has a private grill, hot tub and fire pit, but there’s also a grill, griddle and outdoor fireplace available for everyone on the rooftop unless it’s rented for a private event. -The cottage has a split AC/heat system that is controlled with a remote control. *We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, ants, bees, mosquitoes or other usual lake house critters. You'll see lots of chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies around and wake up to the birds chirping, too! *There are security cameras on the parking lot, beach and piers for safety and rental boat purposes. No cameras are on/in any of the rental units or outdoor yard spaces. *The beach is accessed by an outdoor set of stairs. -This is a pet-friendly cottage with a fenced in yard. There is an additional cleaning fee of $50/pet. Please only bring friendly, well-behaved dogs as this is a resort and other people may be around. -Dogs may not be left alone, especially outside, in common areas, or in the cottage. If left alone in the cottage, a crate is mandatory. -Pets must be kept on a leash when outside and they are not allowed on the beach or in shared spaces, unless everyone in that space is okay with it. As much as we might love dogs, not everyone does. Please be considerate of those with allergies or fears. -Pick up after your pet every single time. Please. If you need bags, just let us know.
