We are minutes from the Vermont ferry with Lake Placid and Montreal close by. Our home is bright and comfortable with A/C for warm summer nights and a fireplace to add to the ambiance. The space 100 feet of lake front steps from Treadwell Bay Marina. 3 large bedrooms all with lake views, plus 3.5 bathrooms, including a large walk in shower with heated towel rack. Second floor family room also has a trundle bed and a full size futon. Guest access Enjoy all 2400 square feet of our home; pull a few weeds from the gardens or relax on the beach! Huge Game Room doubles as Bedroom 4. Other things to note Cooper Drive is a very quiet dead-end street. Great for kids biking , dog walking , jogging or just going for a stroll.
