With zen-like backyard oasis, completely shaded by towering trees and enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence for absolute tranquility. 4 complimentary kayaks await your exploration of the canals and Colorado River. The space Property may sleep up to 10 guest, 6 guest in home and 4 additional have the option to sleep in Game Room Twin bunk Bed and inflatable mattress provided. Unwind on the expansive L-shaped covered patio with a gas grill. Challenge yourself on the 4-hole putting green with gradual undulations, or enjoy a game of Corn Hole in the spacious backyard. Detached Game Room- Adults and children alike will love the 600 square foot game room featuring a full bathroom, L-shaped couch, 65" TV, Pac-Man arcade game, and board games. Other things to note Important- Boats larger than 18 feet long must be kept out of the canal due to canal accessibility. Larger boats can be tied up at boat ramp dock during the day and must be launched and trailered daily. Boats under 18 feet and personal water crafts can be kept at our boat dock throughout your entire stay as long as they tied up tight and kept close to bulkhead so as not to impede canal accessibility for our neighbors. A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided.
