Tucked in a historic neighborhood you will find restaurants, bars, groceries, and cafes within a short walk or car ride. Be careful, chickens, iguanas, and occasional hermit crab traffic awaits. Have you ever watched Netflix show Bloodline? Parts of the show were filmed in our neighborhood. One of our cottages was even used a dressing room! We own the cottage on that backs up to Peach as well. The other cottage faces Lowe Street with its own driveway and front yard. There is a communal fire pit area in the area behind the cottages. A second parking space can be utilized on Lowe Street with direct access to Peach. Other things to note a 1 minute walk to private sandy beach No street parking is available on Beach Road
