Other things to note This home allows a maximum of 2 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under. There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated. No more than 1 vehicle may be parked at this home at any time during your stay. NO amplified music is allowed outside, by the pool or otherwise outdoors, and all music must be contained within the home and not be heard from outside. All activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for the city of Palm Springs...and to be good neighbors. A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules, and listing the full names of all guests over 12.
