Optional Third Floor Retreat: For even more space, guests may opt to include the stunning third floor—a warm and rustic hideaway featuring original exposed beams, four additional bedrooms, and elevated views of Portland Harbor. This level also includes a luxurious full bath with walk-in shower, plus a large media room with an 85-inch smart TV—perfect for movie nights or winding down after a day in the city. A Kitchen Made to Gather: The gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream, complete with soapstone countertops, high-end appliances, and a custom gathering table for eight. Whether you’re preparing a family-style brunch or hosting a private chef dinner, this space is designed to bring people together.
