The space Our inviting home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience with thoughtfully designed spaces: Living Room: Step into a bright and airy living room featuring comfortable seating, a 65” smart TV, and a gas fireplace, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need for preparing delicious meals. Whether you’re cooking a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you’ll find everything you need at your fingertips. Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a welcoming space for meals and gatherings. The dining table comfortably seats four, perfect for family meals or catching up with friends. Bedrooms: • Master Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the luxurious queen-size bed, complete with high-quality linens, and blackout curtains. The en-suite bathroom adds a touch of convenience and privacy. • Second Bedroom: The second bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed and blackout curtains, ensuring a comfortable stay for additional guests. Bathrooms: • Third Bedroom: The third bedroom also features a cozy queen-size bed and blackout curtains. Bathrooms: • Master En-Suite: The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom includes modern fixtures, a shower, hair dryer and plenty of storage space. • Additional Bathrooms: The house includes an additional full bath, equipped with essential toiletries, clean towels, and contemporary amenities to meet all your needs. Laundry: The house includes a full-size washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need for a longer stay or to freshen up your clothes. Each space in our home is meticulously maintained and designed to provide a comfortable, hassle-free experience for all guests. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, business trip, or a relaxing getaway, you’ll find our home to be a perfect retreat. Guest access Guests will be given a unique code on their day of check-in to gain access through the front door. The garage is available to park your car, or you can use the large driveway. All areas are available to guests, with the exception of a small storage space. Other things to note Check-In/Check-Out: • Check-In: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. You’ll receive detailed instructions and a code for the keyless entry system before your arrival. • Check-Out: Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Please ensure all personal belongings are collected. House Rules: If any of these house rules are broken during the stay you will be asked to leave and subject to a fine depending on the severity of the infraction. • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts. • Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Events: No parties or events are allowed. Amenities: • Essentials: We provide essentials such as towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. • Kitchen Supplies: Basic kitchen supplies, including spices, oil, and coffee, are available for your use. • Laundry: Laundry detergent is provided for the washer and dryer. • Cleaning Supplies: Basic cleaning supplies are available should you need them during your stay. Parking: Free on-site parking is available in the driveway or the garage. Please ensure your vehicle is parked properly and does not block traffic or the neighbors' driveways. Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in. Safety Features: • Smoke Detectors: Smoke detectors are installed in key areas of the house. • Carbon Monoxide Detectors: Carbon monoxide detectors are also in place for your safety. • Fire Extinguisher: A fire extinguisher is located in the garage. Local Attractions: • We provide a welcome guide with recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and shops. • If there is any in particular that you have a question about don’t hesitate to ask. Maintenance: • Trash Disposal: Trash bins are located outside to the north of the house. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. If you are staying on Monday night please make sure and put the bins out so the trash can be picked up. • Maintenance: If the lawn needs to be mowed or projects need to be completed outside of the house we will communicate with you at least 24 hours ahead of time and will complete those projects outside of normal sleeping hours.
