Game space- Giant connect 4, foosball, arcade game, smart TV and lounge chairs. Guest access The entire home Other things to note The yard is fenced and the hot tub is surrounded by beautiful curtain panels and pergola for privacy. The zen Room is located through the garage. It's a place for peace and harmony. From Garage to Game room. This space features a smart TV, seating and games the entire family will enjoy. FUN ACTIVITIES ----------------------------------- We can accommodate your group with sip and paint supplies or body butter/scrub/oil making classes. $25 pp for supplies and instructions on paper $35 pp for live classes. VIOLATION FEES ------------------------------------------------------- There is a $1000 violation fee for any unapproved events, parties gatherings. There is a $500 penalty fee for the use of Marijuana or cigarettes IN the home, along with additional deep cleaning fees per living space for rooms that smell of Marijuana or cigarettes. No additional guest over the alloted count of 8 guest without prior authorization. There is an additional $50 pp fee for additional guest with a cap of 12 guest.
