Feel free to send me a message with any questions ahead of booking :) The space Our beautiful townhouse was completed in October 2023 and is therefore very brand spanking new - and ready for you to enjoy! Accessed via a coded gate just off the street, the property benefits from being setback from the road keeping it nice and quiet throughout the day. The downstairs is open-plan living, with lounge, dining room and kitchen all opening up onto a sun-filled garden and patio area accessed via double foldback doors. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a large oven and hob, dishwasher, and every Australian’s essential Breville coffee machine. You’ll also find a toilet and laundry room downstairs, with a washing machine available for your use. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a luxurious mattress and bedding (after all, this is our home and we know the importance of a good night sleep), and a double wardrobe. You will also find an en-suite off of this room, containing a large shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed with a memory foam mattress, dedicated workspace including desktop monitor, laptop stand and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, and a double wardrobe. The third bedroom / office contains a premium sofa bed with memory foam mattress and another dedicated workspace with desktop monitor, laptop stand and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. All bedrooms have blackout blinds. You’ll also find a master bathroom with a shower on this level. The house has a split-system integrated cooling (aircon) and heating system - room-dedicated controllers and vents can be found in the downstairs living space and the three bedrooms. There is also a tower fan available. The house is well-insulated (above requirements) to help temperatures stay at desired levels, and of course, to help with a quiet stay. This property is our home and we have listed on Airbnb while we are away traveling. You’ll have the upmost privacy during your stay, however our friend and Airbnb Superhost, Natalie will be available nearby throughout your stay should you need any onsite support. We hope you enjoy all the additional benefits of staying in a home. You’re more than welcome to use things that we have left at the house during your stay (books, laptop and phone chargers, laundry detergent etc.) we just ask that you leave them at the property for the next guests (and us) to enjoy! Bedroom 3 and Office are the same room, which features a sofa bed. Please let us know if you have any questions - we’re happy to have a chat before you book :) Guest access You’ll have the entire house to yourself. The property is accessed via a code locked side gate. Other things to note The house has an alarm code and intercom system.
