This condo is fully furnished with washer/dryer, blackout curtains, king size bed and balcony seating; and perfectly located in the heart of the city. The space This is a clean & cozy one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo located on the 5th floor. Furnished with a king size bed in the livingroom. Linens, blankets and towels provided to use during your entire stay. Guest access Guest have access to both the pool and gym located on the 14th Floor. No glass cups, bottles and/or dishware allowed on the 14th floor. Please follow all posted rules and times. Thank you. Other things to note Please note: parties & events are not permitted. Also, a refundable $180 cleaning deposit may be required based on (negative) guest history or reviews. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided the space is left in respectful condition (no excessive mess, trash, stains, or damage). If extra cleaning or repairs are needed, the deposit may be retained.
