Welcome to your home away from home! You will walk into a clean, stylish & peaceful set-up. This condo is fully furnished with washer/dryer, blackout curtains, king size bed and balcony seating; and perfectly located in the heart of the city. The space This is a clean & cozy one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo located on the 5th floor. Furnished with a king size bed in the livingroom. Linens, blankets and towels provided to use during your entire stay. A/C Usage Policy (Important) Due to the high humidity, the air conditioning units must be used properly to avoid condensation buildup and water leakage. To keep the system running smoothly during your stay: • Please keep the A/C temperature set between 18°C and 21°C. Setting the unit below 18°C (for example 16°C) can cause the system to overwork and produce excess condensation, which may lead to water leakage and damage. If the A/C stops working due to improper use (such as setting the temperature below 18°C or leaving doors open) and a technician must be called, a $50 service call fee will be charged to the guest, which reflects the cost of the technician visit. I’m always a message away! Guest access Guest have access to both the pool and gym located on the 14th Floor. No glass cups, bottles and/or dishware allowed on the 14th floor. If extra cleaning or repairs are needed, the deposit may be retained.
