My apartment is located in an upper middle income neighborhood off the Constant Spring Road. It is close to shopping malls, public transport, restaurants and attractions in the city. Electronic gate access and security cameras for secure parking. The space My apartment is very modern and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Other things to note Camperdown Place Apartment Rules and Regulations • Common areas Walkways, balcony rails and front lawn areas should be free from all obstruction e.g. (garbage bins, mats, rugs, brooms, mops etc.) Other Common areas should be kept clean and items placed on back walkway should be neatly stored so as not to obstruct easy movement. • Disturbing Practices No resident should engage in activities that cause unreasonably loud sounds or noises to emanate from your unit, thus disturbing the peace and comfort of other residents. Upstairs residents must ensure that no articles such as toys, candy paper or any form of garbage be discarded from above to the ground level below as other residents have to use the space below. • Garbage disposal All trash cans must be kept inside each individual unit prior to properly bagging trash and placed in the bins provided in the garbage house. Cardboard boxes must be broken down and neatly placed in garbage house for pick up. All appliances and furniture for disposal must not be placed in garbage house but instead each resident must make arrangement with a removal company to pick up same at their residence. • Recreational areas All children playing out doors both on the lawn area or on the upstairs balcony/recreational area must be supervised by an adult and not left to roam around the complex unattended. Children may not play or ride their bikes in the parking lot. Barbecue grills may be used in the recreational areas but not on the lawn. • Vandalism Damage or destruction on any part of the common areas or defacing of property is prohibited. All notices or signs should be placed on the communal notice board. • Parking There should be no parking in the middle of the parking lot which inhibits easy access or exit of the parking area. All repairs to motor vehicles in the parking lot are prohibited except for unavoidable emergency. No vehicles must be parked or stored in the parking lot for any prolonged period of time e.g. (car is not road worthy, in need of repairs or owner has two vehicles). Only residents are allowed to wash their cars in the parking area. • Architectural maintenance Residents are responsible to ensure that all contractors clean up each day before leaving the premises. No construction waste must be left on the premises or placed in the garbage house but carted off the premises by the contractor or resident. • Penalties Violation of the rules of the strata association may warrant a fine. Residents are reminded to ensure that all in their household including their guests, are appraised of the rules and regulations of the complex.
