Cozy house overlooking the sea.

The house is not luxurious, but it is cozy. Access is via a 250-meter path that starts at the beach and is traveled on foot. This path begins with a slight climb and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). Illustrations in the photos. The house is not very tall for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally made of cobblestones, it was renovated by my parents, with whom I spent a lot of good times there. Voltage: 110 V Note: check-in after 8 p.m. must be arranged in advance The space The house is very pleasant, with an incredible view of the sea and Praia da Fazenda, which can be enjoyed from the inviting terrace hammocks. It is well equipped with new appliances - refrigerator and washing machine. A microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker and electric kettle are also available to guests. Due to the access, which includes a staircase - there are 55 low steps, from the beginning of the stairs to the gate of the house (which is equivalent to approximately two flights (floors) of stairs - the house is not recommended for the elderly or people with restricted mobility. However, it is this access that guarantees the highlights of the house, a certain isolation - despite being in the village of Picinguaba - and the view of the sea and Praia da Fazenda, one of the last uninhabited beaches on the coast of São Paulo. It is possible to arrange for help to carry the luggage up on the first trip and at check-out, but this must be arranged in advance. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the washing machine. Other things to note The house does not have parking. There are informal parking lots near the beginning of the path that leads to the house - a photo of one of these parking lots is on the site. Direct payment to the parking lot owner. In low season, the car can stay on the beach street, but it is rare to have a place. Pets are welcome. If the guest is accompanied by a pet, we kindly ask you to mention this during the reservation and communication.
