Living Area with two comfy sofas and a 65 in Smart TV with Cable, open to Dining with seating for six and the kitchen. Our kitchen is loaded with everything you need, all brand new. Enjoy the covered back porch with seating, a ceiling fan, and a Gas Grill. The Master Bedroom is on the 1st floor, with its own TV and ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses! Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, a full bath, plus a separate living area furnished with a desk. Luxury Vinyl floors throughout the home. Guest access Walk or rent bicycles to get around the beach area, with it's many restaurants. Parking near the beach is minimal, but you won't need it. It's a very easy walk from the home to the beach. Our beach access is north of the area where cars are allowed, and is not crowded. Other things to note The home is on a residential street, where only monthly rentals are allowed.
