Upstairs there is a bonus area, currently used as a toy room and two other bedrooms: one with a twin bed, the other with a queen sized bed. Awesome kitchen with everything you need! The backyard provides entertainment with its seating area on the back porch, fire pit, outdoor dining table, trampoline and climbing structure. 10-15 minute drive to Santa Cruz beaches, Redwoods, and more.
