Emerald Coast Getaway is a peaceful home that is close to beaches and great restaurants. The kitchen boasts high-end Samsung Bespoke appliances. The living room offers two reclining sofas. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed. The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed. There is a bunk room for the kids. The fourth bedroom offers a designated workspace and trundle daybed. The amazing screened in patio offers an eating area while overlooking the back yard and play set. Take a short walk to the pier and sound. Sorry, no pets, smoking or vaping. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Take a short walk around the corner to access the sound. We have a minimum age requirement of 25 for adults.
