A Relaxing Coastal Getaway Close to the Water

Emerald Coast Getaway is a peaceful home located near beautiful beaches and great local restaurants. The living room offers a smart TV, two reclining sofas for relaxing after a beach day. The home has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin bunks, plus a workspace with a trundle daybed. King and workspace offer smart TVs and DVD players. Enjoy the screened-in patio with outdoor dining overlooking the backyard and play set. A short walk takes you to the pier and sound. No pets, smoking, or vaping. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Take a short walk around the corner to access the sound. We have a minimum age requirement of 25 for adults. State issued ID required to confirm minimum age requirement. Yard games are located in the garage along with four kayaks and life vests. Kayaks are for use in the sound only and are not to be taken to other water sources. Please check weather and water conditions before heading out. No overnight parking of boats or trailers.
