Right ON the beach in Reñaca, our place has stunning views over the beach, ocean and Valparaiso bay! It is uniquely located right next to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a gym, shops as well as lots of family friendly activities both on and off the beach. We are situated on the 4th floor and our large private ocean-facing terrace is incredible! Come and enjoy! Rental includes sheets and towels, access to pool, garage parking and washer in the unit and NEW HIGH SPEED INTERNET (fiber optic) The space We provide all you need for a perfect stay, including linens, bathroom towels, good beds, and essentials. There are beach toys available for you to use. The unit is also Business Ready and you can use the washer in the unit. Beach towels are not provided. Guest access Feel free to use all spaces of the apartment, including a secure parking space in the garage (only small closet is locked and off limits). If we are not there, the concierge will welcome you and help you access the parking space.
