Beachside Cottage - on Lake Superior

This cozy cottage is located right in Siskiwit Bay. Steps outside of the wrap around deck you will find the sandiest stretch of beach in this area of Lake Superior. The pathway is also lined with wild blueberry bushes and many protected plants and birds that inhabit the bog area. The cabin itself is a compact yet efficient design with an open kitchen/living room concept. 2 seperate bedrooms one with twin sized trundle beds. The bathroom is white subway tiles and local cedar planks mixed and matched for a modern north woods feel. The cabin does not have a source of central heat. There is a brand new fireplace and space heaters - the cabin has been used up to below freezing temperatures and is plenty warm with the fire. The fireplace is wood fired. Wood is provided. Along with all newly updated kitchen equipment. The floor to ceiling windows are the perfect place to sit and look out to Eagle Island & Romans Point.
