Cozy family cottage near Crystal Mountain on the Betsie River.

Enjoy the quiet seclusion on 5 private acres. The property is on the Betsie River and depending on the time of the year has steelhead and salmon. Trout are in it year round. Sit on the large covered deck and enjoy the outdoors with a campfire. If you aren't a homebody, Crystal Mountain is only about 3 miles away. Great Skiing and golf are available. The Iron fish distillery is only 2 miles away and have very good food and drinks made from products grown on site. a 15-20 minute drive will get you to the beautiful beaches at Arcadia, Elberta, and Frankfort. Crystal Lake is also close by. A little longer drive and you can experience the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Our property is a family cottage not a commercial rental. The downstairs bedrooms are small. The cottage will sleep many but just so there aren't any surprises the dining table is made for 6 people (you can fit 8). There is a covered deck with a picnic table that seats 8. The downstairs living room seats 8 and the upstairs family room seats 5. The upstairs family room and bedroom is a combined room. There is a tv upstairs that picks up local channels via an antenna. There is a HDMI cable to connect to a device. We use our iphones to stream tv.
