Amazing location in the middle of the "Färnebofjärden", with wonderful views of the Dalälven River. The compound is privately located at the end of the street with no neighbors. The property consists of several smaller houses, a private hottub, a swimspa, and sauna and is located immediately by one of Östa Stränder beaches. Welcome to Östaholm - a private compound with amazing location in the middle of the "Färnebofjärden", with wonderful views of the Dalälven River. The place is located at the end of the street with no neighbors, only the national forest and county beaches surrounding the private yard. The property consists of several smaller houses, a private hottub, a 19 foot swimspa, and large family size sauna, a smaller playcourt for landhockey and basketball, and great outdoor bbq area, - all located immediately by one of Östa Stränder beaches. The houses are all beautifully renovated and decorated and equipped in the kitchen etc. Wifi available throughout the property, 3 tv's with either Chromecast or AppleTV (please use your own subscription/account) for streaming. This location is great for a family or two or a bigger group. Tranquility is a fact once you arrive. The "Main House" consists of 1 bedroom (King Size Bed), a loft with 2 twin size beds (and if requested 1 twin size mattress on the floor), a bathroom with shower and washer&dryer, adequately equipped kitchen with open floor plan and vaulted ceilings into the livingroom with large sectional sofa, enclosed fireplace and amazing views over the waterways and patioarea from floor to ceiling panoramic windows. The "Guest House" is a renovated yet OLD cozy cottage just across the courtyard from the main house. Here you find a smaller kitchenette with in kitchen dining, a small bathroom and a cute bedroom with kingsize bed and fullsize pullout sofabed. You will also fina an exterior loft off the guest house with additional sleeping arrangements on a couple of floor mattresses during the summer months. Also from here you find the amazing views from kitchen windows and patio. The "Glasshouse" consists of a wonderful additional space for socialization off the patio. The diningtable is 15 feet long (5 meter), and seats 12 guests comfortably at once. And the additional refridgerators and freezers and microwave even in this room make it easy to entertain a larger dinnerparty. Here you also find a sleeper sofa for additional private sleeping arrangements. You find large floor to ceiling windows throughout the space inviting amazing views of the forest and lake and the incredible sunsets this place features. The patio area with elevated wood deck combines the mainhouse with the glasshouse, sauna, hottub and swimspa giving it a wonderful flow and ease between the different areas. Some notices. The sauna and hot tub are in operation all year round, while the swimspa is offered between June-October 1st. Outdoor bbq is also only in use during the summer months due to climate, as well as bikes and paddle boards. Please note that the outdoor summer kitchen does not have a water function. Max occupancy is also 8 people October 1- April 15th to be the most comfortable by summer house living. Water is turned off in the cottage until May (or when the ground has defrosted) as there is only summer water found to the cottage, hence kitchen and bathroom may be off limits in the cottage then . Please inquiry for specific dates to confirm that the swimspa and hottub have been filled with water before you book if of importance as well as the rest of the amenities. The property is private, however the forest and beach around the yard is for the public. Owner is storing some personal belongings and a car and bikes and atv at the property. There is no closet space available for guests. All private areas are to be kept private at all times.
