Other Things to Note: While we are right on the edge of the Lawrence campus (literally 3 houses away), you don't need to worry about college night life. Lawrence is a well respected, well behaved group of fine young adults who typically roll up the sidewalks around 10pm. Our street dead-end's at the bottom of the hill, so there's very little traffic going by. The neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood inviting. You'll love it here!
