The apartment is located in downtown Buenos Aires, three blocks from Puerto Madero. It is a very quiet and warm apartment that is located on the pedestrian Lavalle and has the subway line B within walking distance and countless bus lines. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times are flexible but depend on the apartment's availability. Namely, if the apartment is vacant when the guest arrives, check-in time is from 1:00 PM, and if the apartment is rented when the guest leaves, check-out time is until 10:00 AM. I recommend that if the check-out time is going to be after 10 AM, you check with us beforehand or book one more night to avoid having to wander around the city with luggage until the flight time or whatever you have to do.
