For stays over 31 days, utilities are not included. This lovely traditional home in Alpharetta is spacious and away from home. The four-bedroom 2.5 bathroom gem has a relaxed and refreshed ambiance, with the gorgeous wood flooring and bright, inviting 2-story entry foyer. For utility, we expect our tenants to treat our clean and comfortable home as they would their own. To prevent misuse, we collect a refundable utility deposit and refund it upon check-out based on actual usage.
