It is on NW 56th street and only minutes walking to where all the action in Ballard is (1 minute to Market St and maybe 2 minutes to the vibrant dining areas). This place is pretty spacious when compared to the nearby studios/apartments on 24th Ave, where you get entangled between a dozen neighbors. It is around 400 sq. ft. in a very quiet area and street. It has a large kitchen, a decent size living room, a walk-in storage room or closet, and a small bedroom that is enough to fit a Queen sized bed (currently has a double Queen mattress), a night stand, and a few lamps.
