M606 3 mins drive The space This house has 1 sitting room which is equipped with Sofas, Table, Smart TV, Heater, Neon Lights and wall decor. kitchen includes fridge, cooking hob, over, microwave, dish washing sink, clothes washing machine, toaster, fryer, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery and 2 bins (1 for recycling items) 1 Master bedroom which is equipped with King-size bed, wardrobe, sofa, side table, smart Tv, heater, neon light, mirror, iron, hair dryer and wall decor. bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed that sleeps 3 people, sofa, side table and wardrobe. bathroom has sink, toilet and bath tub. Late check out is additional £15 per hour. Other things to note For bookings upto a week. A total of £20 will be given in electricity and £15 in gas. anything over that will have to get paid by the customer as we have top up meter. For monthly bookings we give £20 electricity and £15 every week anything extra will have to be paid by the customers.
