There are portion of the wall on this apartment that was made of natural material (not cement) that became powder and fell off on the floor . The space Each apartment has its own open terrace. It is not shared terrace and the pool is exclusive only for the tenants .Our pool has not installed with alarm yet and no heater.Not available during cold season .
