SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen bed. THIRD ROOM: Features a trundle bed(essentially another two twin beds). KITCHEN: A spacious kitchen, glass dining table and cute hutch provide ample entertaining and family space. Featuring stainless appliances, a french door refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an electric stove. LIVING ROOM: The cozy living area has comfortable furniture and a large 65” TV with Comcast so you can sign into your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax, etc. We are happy to offer 125+ channels for your entertainment and 1000+mpbs for any remote workers. A pack n play and a highchair is also provided. BACKYARD: Escape into the serene backyard oasis, enveloped by mature trees and a tropical landscape, offering tranquility day and night. Corn hole and spikeball are available for some fun backyard activities. Guest access You'll have the entire house all to yourself. The Balcony on the second floor is not accessible for the safety of our guests. Park in the driveway, there is room for two cars only. Do not park on the grass. Self check-in with keypad access. Please Note we have a camera doorbell for the safety of our guests. Lauderdale & Miami), and Outlet Mall, 20 Minutes to Sailfish Marina where you can take a water ferry to Peanut Island where you can swim, snorkel, and paddleboard in crystal clear lagoon-like waters! Lawn maintenance is attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay. Unfortunate our neighborhood does not allow boat or trailer parking in the driveway or on the street - inquire about other options we can provide :) We are conveniently close to the West Palm airport, but that also means that we get some airplane noise from time to time. We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound. Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s driver's license and rental agreement. We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed. An additional charge of $25 per extra guest, per night, will apply to any guests exceeding the booked occupancy. There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed over night and a maximum of 8 guests at any other time. NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules. No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking. Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, waterspouts, other high-wind events, and acts of God. Reservations Yet to Begin: In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane alert with a forecast of Category 1 or higher within our Florida area, we cannot prevent these natural events. Your safety is our priority, and we may request an evacuation. Consider purchasing travel insurance for compensation if adverse weather affects your visit. Ongoing Stays: If a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is declared while you're staying with us, please consider leaving if a Category 1 or higher hurricane is anticipated, following staff or local authorities' guidance. Your safety and evacuation plans are your responsibility. We recommend travel insurance for compensation in case of weather-related disruptions, as adverse conditions may limit our communication abilities. Refunds won't be granted for circumstances beyond our control during storms. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honeybees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per Airbnb’s listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, save those in Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, and any part of any nation in the Arctic Circle, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb’s Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same. IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: The property is family-friendly, but not completely child-proof. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.
