There are 3-bedrooms : 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 futon (all bed linens and towels included with no additional charge). Wi-Fi, 5 TV's and one is outdoors under the house. Washing machine/dryer on the same level as living area. There are 2 bathrooms the primary has bathtub and there is a shower in each bathroom. Outdoor shower, gas grill, beach chairs/umbrella. 4 beach cruiser bikes you are welcome to use. The space Walkin' on Sunshine is a 3 minute walk to beach access. It is walking distance to the fishing pier and Bird Island. 5 parking spaces. Currently there is a new home being constructed next door. Guest access Use of entire home, beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, outside dining set, storage area to keep belongings in and outdoor TV. Other things to note We are excited to have you come stay at Walkin' on Sunshine. 4 beach cruiser bikes and several boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach towels, pails and shovels and several kid toys, beach buggy to cart items to the beach. All available to use during your stay. Outdoor gas grill for guest use.
