Welcome to the Piney Flat! Our newly remodeled one-bedroom studio located near Lake Dardanelle and just off Highway 22. It is nestled amongst soaring pines and beautiful hardwoods on 4.5 acres in a secluded rural setting yet only 10 minutes to the town of Dardanelle. The Piney Flat includes access to a huge attached 40x80 shop building that is perfect for storing all your outdoor toys or just provide safe, secure indoor parking for your vehicle. Fishing a bass tournament on popular Lake Dardanelle? Look no further as the garage will easily accommodate more than one truck/boat rig without the need for unhooking the boat. Also perfect for the UTV/ATV enthusiast needing to keep their vehicles secure and out of the weather before heading to the trails. The garage includes full size Speed Queen washer and dryer set for your convenience. But wait, there’s more! In addition to the newly remodeled living area and spacious garage the Piney Flat also includes a large covered outdoor living area we call “The Porch” with new 55” smart TV(Streaming Only), Pit Boss pellet grill, propane fire pit and plenty of seating. Anyone who loves the outdoors will be drawn to the porch for morning coffee, warming up near the fire pit on cool evenings or enjoying smoking some meats on the grill. The interior offers many of the luxuries of home with new stainless steel appliances including convection oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully furnished to make your stay easy to cook meals or pack lunches for the lake or hiking trails. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, cookware, utensils, and all essentials to prepare a meal. The dining area has seating for two. The bathroom has full-size double vanity and stand-up shower. Linens for both bath and bedrooms are provided. Living area includes two recliners and smart TV (Streaming Only) The Piney Flat is 500 sq. ft. but feels much larger. The Piney Flat contains two double beds located in the open studio while the single bedroom contains a twin XL bed. It will sleep a MAXIMUM of 5 guests although 3 would be ideal and provide maximum room and comfort. Broadband internet provided by Starlink (typically 15mbps-20mbps) *NOTICE* For security purposes we have two exterior cameras, one located covering the front entrance and the second covering the outdoor porch area and rear entrance.
