Beautiful, fully equipped beach house situated on top of a hill in Punta Negra beach, 100 steps away from the sand. Fully equipped and walking distance to food shops, market, park and restaurants. Major surfing points quickly accessible by car or bus. The space The house is located on top of a hill, where you will have an amazing view of the ocean, rock formations and town. Go to sleep with a gentle breeze and the sound of the waves! Guest access Wi-fi. Fully equipped kitchen, including a blender. Bedding and towels available for each booked guest. Following COVID regulations, bedding will be left on top of each bed, so that the guests can know that the sheets are clean. Other things to note Because the house is on top of a hill, there are many stairs. The bedrooms are on the second level, following a narrow spiral staircase. Be careful with your belongings when you leave the house. Lima has pick pockets and opportunists that could take advantage of you if you're not attentive :( Please note that there is a late check-out fee. This fee is variable, depending on the season. If you plan to check out after 11am, let me know. Sand really clogs up the drains so please keep it out of the house as much as you can :)
