The space The property features a small and cozy garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, as well as a traditional wine cellar typical of the grand houses of the past. These two special spaces create a warm and authentic atmosphere, ideal for unwinding, sharing moments with loved ones, and experiencing the essence of this historic village. LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE Ground floor: an entrance hall with 5 steps leading down to the txoco (kitchen and dining area), which connects to the outdoor terrace and the wine cellar. There is also a guest toilet. A few steps up leads to a double bedroom. First floor: main kitchen, small sitting room, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Attic floor: open-plan living and sleeping area with a bathroom. OUTDOOR AREA There is a small garden with a porch, accessible from the first floor. Barbecues are prohibited by the Town Council during the summer months. KITCHEN In addition to the main kitchen, the house has a txoco—a traditional local gathering area with a dining space and a small additional kitchen.
