The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a decked area with furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub and beach. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. The beach at Eype is a steeply shelving pebble beach that is dog-friendly all year round and just a couple of miles from Bridport and West Bay, where many other Broadchurch locations can be viewed, as well enjoying local fish and chips on the harbour side and ice creams on the seafront. You'll also find a SPAR supermarket selling essentials, as well as a selection of pubs and restaurants in the village, including The New Inn, the Admiral's Restaurant and Bar, and Martin's Bar and Restaurant. Bridport offers all the high street amenities you will need along with a much-coveted antiques and collectables market. Golden Cap, the highest point in Dorset, sits on the South West Coast path and is just 4 miles from Eype, although it’s the highest point there are moderate routes to walk to the top, where spectacular far reaching views along the coast will be your reward.
