New bungalow, unique construction on a 550 m2 lot, located in the original Caraíva, entrance from two streets, 2 minutes from the beach, perfect for pets and home office, equipped with air-conditioning, internet, 43” smart TV, silent ceiling fan, kitchen with various utensils, stove, minibar, queen bed with mosquito net, closet, hammock, sensational bathroom, very spacious, with plants and skylight, balcony with table and chairs, large and free backyard, laundry and wonderful outdoor shower. Guest access The entire space Other things to note The bungalow has security cameras to monitor the entrances and exits of the premises. It has a laundry room with two tanks and a washing machine. We provide towels, bed linens, toilet paper, and soaps. Warning: cars do not enter Caraiva. Your car can be left in one of the paid parking lots (about fifteen reais/day), which are very safe and are on the other side of the river, where you will arrive. You will cross the river by boat and, if you need to, you can rent a cart, the only transportation in Caraiva, to take your luggage to the bungalow (about five minutes).
