The Bear Den-Stay Near the Landing! Great Location

Stay in this renovated 1938 cottage 3 blocks from downtown or 6 blocks from the Branson Landing. The free trolley is two blocks away. Take a walk and catch the water/fire show in the evening. The home is in a great location, 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City, the strip, all the shows or the lake. The home is a clean and a comfortable place to relax and spend time with family. There is a full kitchen, tv's in living room/bedrooms. 4 ppl max due to city code. Veteran owned home. The space The home is a two bedroom, one bath historic home that has been brought up to the standards of today. The bathroom countertop is smaller so I added a shelf. The rest of the home is great for a weekend at the lake or an event at the convention center. You can see the HIlton Hotel/convention center from the front yard. Guest access The whole home is available for the guests to use except for the owner's closet. There is an accessible closet in each room. Other things to note The bathroom has a standard door but the door hits the vanity, due to the layout and concrete wall, and doesn't open all of the way but there is plenty of space to enter. My home is not pet friendly.
