There is also a playground and field that will keep the children amused. St Ishmaels garden centre cafe, Nic's cafe, do takeaway sandwiches to enjoy as a picnic. The beautiful beaches of Marloes Sands and Musslewick are only 1 mile away or why not catch the Puffin Shuttle bus which stops in the village to explore more of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The neighbouring village of Dale with its sheltered harbour at the entrance to the waterway is popular with sailing and watersports enthusiasts alike. With its hire centre, good pub, The Griffin, and cafe, it is popular with visitors year after year. West Dale Beach is also a delight and well worth a visit. Catch a boat from nearby Martin's Haven to explore the islands of Skomer and Skokholm, especially when the Puffins are nesting.
