If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 7 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. *Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. A Cozy 2 bedroom with a large loft near Stage Coach and Boulder lodges at Heavenly. The kitchen is a great place for cooking and entertaining with friends any family, granite counter tops, flat cook top and stainless steal appliances. The living room has a new gas fireplace that will warm you up on a winter day, the kitchen is open to the living room. The first bedroom is off the living room, has a queen size bed and full private bathroom. Above is a large loft with two queen size beds and a full private bathroom.
