Sunset Shores for a Reason!

This lake home sits on the eastern shore of Seneca lake and is 7 mins away from Watkins Glen. As soon as you arrive you will hear the beautiful lapping of waves that draws you to greet the lake on one of our beautiful scenic decks. On the beach we have a boathouse with many fun water toys, 2 motorboat lifts and a fire ring. We have a hot tub on the second level and entrance to a separate bedroom accessed from outside which has an apartment vibe with king size-bed, coffee nook and 1/2 bath. The space There are 3 levels to view the lake and sunset from our property. There is a 50' beach with 2 motorboat lifts. The boathouse on the beach holds many water floats, 2 paddle boards, 3 kayaks and fishing gear. All fire-starting material and wood is provided. We have 4 bedrooms. Two queen size beds and 2 king size beds. We have a clothes washer & dryer in the bathroom on the main level with all the laundry soaps/ cleaners/ drier sheets provided. Downstairs has an apartment vibe with its own separate entrance, king size bed, coffee & tea nook. 1/2 bath and smart TV. Guest access This rental will be completely yours. We do not invite anyone to the home while you are there. Other things to note Seneca Lake has zebra mussels that attach to the small stones. Please wear water shoes so your feet don't get little cuts. Always wear a life jacket when going out on the lake in a kayak or on a paddle board. We have provided a couple different sizes. Western storms are the strongest, fastest and generally most intense. Please close hot tub when not in use. Due to tree debris and energy, it takes to heat efficiently.
