One camera is located by the front door, facing the driveway, while the other is situated near the back patio door, overlooking the grassy area. Other things to note We are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful lakeside community in the Poconos. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all residents and visitors, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the following community rules and regulations: Pet Policy: Medium-sized dogs are allowed within the community. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of the property. Only certified service animals are permitted in shared community areas, such as the clubhouse and pool areas. Speed Limit: The community strictly enforces a speed limit of 25 mph on all roads within the community. Penalties for exceeding the speed limit are as follows: Per offense: $150 fine Increasing increments of penalty of an additional $25 for each 5 mph over the limit Guest Registration: ALL GUEST MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED at least 3 days prior to their arrival. There is a LATE BOOKING FEE of $50 if the booking is created within 3 days of arrival. Unregistered guests will not be permitted entry by the front gate security. We kindly request that you adhere to these rules throughout your stay to maintain the safety, security, and tranquility of our community. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in fines or other consequences, as determined by the community management.
