You’ll enjoy hotel-style amenities and building services, but all reservation support, questions, and in-suite assistance are handled by us (your host/management team) not the hotel concierge. The front desk can help with building access, keys, and general property directions, while we remain your main point of contact for anything related to the unit and your stay. Guest access As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the suite along with all MGM Signature facilities: • Two heated swimming pools • Fitness gym & sauna • 24-hour concierge & security • Valet parking (subject to availability) • Self-parking in MGM’s covered garage (1 vehicle) • Laundry access for stays of 7+ nights Front desk check-in, bell desk luggage service, and 24-hour support make your stay seamless. Other things to note * No additional taxes or resort fees. * Security Deposit: A mandatory temporary hold of $100–$300 will be placed on your debit or credit card at check-in for incidentals. This is required by the building and will be fully refunded after check-out if no charges apply. Cash and checks are not accepted. * Housekeeping: The suite is professionally cleaned every after check-out, covered by the cleaning fee.
