Located on the 5th floor with no one above you to make noise; this cozy 960 sf condo accommodates up to 6 guests. Open living, dining, & well-equipped tidy kitchen. King bed in primary suite. A queen in second bedroom, third bed is a full-sized murphy bed. Our unit has direct superior views to the west and of the gorgeous Blackwater Sound. Nightly sunsets are some of the best in the Keys and just amazing! These sunsets can not only be viewed from our covered balcony but also the docks or sunset deck above the community room! All common areas are available to you within operating hours. There are many amenities within Moon Bay including a newly remodeled pool area, an outdoor kitchen marina side with sink and charcoal grills, basketball court, tennis courts, kayaks and paddleboards, the list goes on! There is one assigned covered parking space for our unit and many other guest parking spaces in the complex. Additionally, the entire complex is gated and under security surveillance 24/7.
