The condo is located on the first floor but since parking is underneath the building, there is one flight of stairs. Guests will have access to one parking spot-B1. No boats, campers, trailers, golf carts, motorcycles or trucks over a 1/2 ton are permitted to park on the property. However, there is a very large free parking lot that can accommodate those types of vehicles, first come first serve, adjacent to the property.
