The 75” LG 4K Smart TV provided is without cable channels. The Smart TV has apps for guests to stream with their own media service subscriptions, such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, ESPN, etc. For the EV charging, guests will pay the host $20 the first night (charging only 9pm-9am) ; $15 each additional night of stay for the privilege of using the installed Tesla Wall Connector EV charger. (The charge is for the entire stay, not per nights used. For non-Tesla vehicles, Guests will need to bring their own charging adapter.). - Washer & Dryer are available on site. It is $5/ per load.
