Delfryn is a super stone cottage tucked behind Ty Mor one of the 3 properties set round a gravel courtyard making up Manorbier Holiday Cottages just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach. Originally it formed part of a 17th Century farm in the heart of the seaside village of Manorbier, it has been sympathetically renovated to retain its character and some original features. To the front of Delfryn is a small enclosed, gravel terrace where you can sit and enjoy a coffee, alternatively climb the stone steps up to your own raised flagged terrace which offers the most stunning views out to sea, enjoy an alfresco meal here, just relax and soak up the vista. Comfortably furnished with a seaside cottage feel, it is warm and welcoming.The front door opens directly into your kitchen/diner with cottage-style fitted kitchen that is well-equipped, with 1 step down to a cosy sitting room perfect for those chillier evenings. Stairs from the kitchen lead up to the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom above with exposed A frame beams. Conveniently located, there is a popular tearoom and beach shop opposite, as well as a pub and well-stocked village shop within walking distance. The Medieval Castle is well worth a visit and regularly holds events, there is also a super Norman village Church. A short stroll down the hill takes you to the stunning golden beach, ideal for families, it is also popular with surfers. Enjoy discovering its rock pools at low tide. Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this stunning coastline on foot or take advantage of the buses to travel further afield. There are a host of beautiful beaches just waiting to be discovered including Swan Haven, Freshwater East and West, Barafundle or to the East lies the popular walled town of Tenby, wander its pretty cobbled streets with its range of facilities and discover its picturesque harbour and 4 glorious sandy beaches.
