Brand New Home, Room Rental

Offering one bedroom with private full bath. New construction with access to spacious backyard, free driveway parking, queen bed and an elliptical. Special value for the 04/09/24 Eclipse. Backyard is available but I have limited folding chairs. Please advise if you have a service dog so I can make arrangements with my dog. My home is located 45 minutes from DFW and Love Field. I would recommend a rental vehicle. Two adults max and only offered around the solar eclipse on 04/09/24. Please call with any questions or concerns. Two night minimum with a check out time at 1 pm aka 1300 hours. I am flexible about the booking dates if you are traveling internationally or a US citizen with a significant travel distance.
