Base rates are based on 2 guests; an additional fee of $25/night/guest applies to any additional guest after the initial 2. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large dresser, and a closet. The living room has an L-shaped sofa that converts into two single beds. The living area has a TV with cable TV and a dining table that accommodates up to six people. A private bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and living area. Remodeled and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels. Has a full Kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. It also has four Juliet balconies with views of the historic city. The apartment is equipped with WiFi. It has access to a large rooftop terrace, equipped with furniture ideal for sunbathing during the day and enjoying the stars and moon at night. The rooftop terrace is shared with the only other apartment in the building. We have a parking space available in a garage one block from the property at an additional rate of $25/night, payable in advance and applicable to the entire stay (cannot be purchased for portions of the stay). Street parking is only for permanent residents and will incur a fine of $500. A short walk from the property there are restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, churches, historical monuments, art galleries, hotels, museums, boutiques, and much more!
