The space You will have access to the entire home except the garage. Guest access Private newly resurfaced salt water pool with brand new heater for winter months. Additional fee for the pool heater. $35/day or $100/week. This is ONLY available October-April) If requested, the fee must be the entire length of your stay. It can’t be selected days. This MUST be requested prior to arrival as it takes a day to get the temperature up. The reason for this fee, the electric bill significantly increases due to the pool heater. Other things to note We are in a beautiful residential / rental neighborhood and ask you to respect our neighbors with quiet hours 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Noise disturbance will not be tolerated. PLEASE be respectful of our neighbors with regards to the use of the pool. Especially at night knowing voices carry and not everyone is on vacation :) Absolutely no smoking. Absolutely no parties or other guests not on the reservation. Absolutely only 8 guests maximum.
