It is on 4 acres of land to explore and enjoy. It is an ideal place if full contact with nature is what you are looking for... The property has some sectors where there are fruit trees and others where there is a local mountain. Neighbors are quiet and away from home. The space The place is unique if you want to enjoy nature 100%. You can choose between the tranquility of the creek under the shadows of the trees or for the more adventurers, the hike to the top of the hill with incredible views of the large mountain ranges; or a picnic under the walnuts or any place they choose! In addition, a 15-minute walk down the street you reach Arroyo Los Hornillos, another peaceful retreat to enjoy the water and sun. There is also a caprino tambo a few meters away where you can buy cheeses again and the children love to go see the animals. Guest access When the house is rented, the 4 hectares can be accessed exclusively. Only this house is located in the property. There are neighbors relatively close but still one feels in absolute privacy anyway. Other things to note From the route to the house it is 1.5km of mountain road. The pump that fills the water tanks is outside the house and not automatic. You have to press a button for 20 minutes and then turn it off. This procedure must be done once or twice per day depending on the number of people who are in the house.
