The Wood Burning fireplace may be a first for some of you. Please reach out for instructions. Exterior camera over garage for security. Please keep garage, hot tub cover, and all doors/screens closed when not in use. When you find the gate on the South end of the property, that will be the property line. EV charger is level 2 Wallbox Pulsar Plus J1772 and Tesla adapter. This is pure country living at its finest with dirt roads and wildlife. Near the famous PTC hiking trails, Sea World, Borrego Springs, and casinos. Large grocery stores and gas stations are at least 20 minutes away. Please do all your shopping and get gas before arriving. There are spices, olive oil, and condiments.
